We have just returned from a holiday that was booked via Nadine at Pure Living Properties. Our experience with the company was great - specifically Nadine, Iago, and Sophie. Very responsive service and great communications from beginning to end. I hope to use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Very professional and courteous company. Took very good care of my family and I. Big thank you to Nadine who helped coordinate my family vacation. The property was stunning and super comfortable. The balcony had the most beautiful views of the Mediterranean. Seeing Gibraltar and Morocco from your balcony definitely isn’t something you get used to. Definitely coming back so see you again next summer!

Contacted PLP and nadine from the agency helped us with the perfect property for our two weeks holiday with the family. Nadine was very responsive, very helpful and supported us before arrival during arrival and after leaving the property. She insured that everything was delivered according to our requests. It's a beautiful propert and we are planning to visit next year again.

Absolutely Horrendous Experience. AVOID PURE LIVING AVOID FLOX 1/2 - JAPANESE GARDEN Our recent stay at Flox 1/2 (PUENTE ROMANO/Japanese Gardens/booked through PureLiving Rentals in Marbella) was a complete disaster, a far cry from the "luxury" experience they advertise. We had NO running water ALL 4 days we stayed at this piece of trash condo) which means NO flushing toilets, NO showers, and NO way to wash clothes — all while traveling with three children (ages 13, 9, and 5). We were forced to take our kids to cafés just to use a restroom. From the moment we checked in, the apartment had an overwhelming foul smell, which only worsened over the course of our stay. I raised this immediately and was never addressed. To make things even more absurd, they had workers and heavy machinery operating outside my room at 7:00am every day. Also, the key we were given didn’t even open the outside door properly. And then comes the "professional" response from PureLiving — an insulting offer to cover one load of laundry. That’s their idea of compensation for days of unsanitary living conditions? The lack of basic utilities, foul odor, and locked door were all just brushed aside. And yes, PureLiving took a percentage of the booking fee, so they profited off this nightmare. They now refuse to return even that portion, despite acknowledging in earlier communication that compensation was warranted. We signed a rental agreement in good faith — and they delivered third-world conditions. I would never have agreed to this booking had I known what we’d face. To top it off, I’ve asked repeatedly for a call with management and even the CEO. No one has stepped up. No resolution. No ownership. If you’re considering booking with PureLiving Rentals, don’t. AVOID FLOX 1/2 - wouldn’t wish this upon someone I hate.

Worst Vacation Ever – AVOID FLOX 1/2 JAPANESE GARDENS PUENTE ROMANO PureLiving Is a Joke Rented "Flox 1/2 Japanese Gardens" through PureLiving - a total disaster. No running water for 4 days (with kids!), and they never told us about the issue until after we checked in. No showers, toilets, or laundry. The condo smelled like mildew, door locks were broken, and once water was back, the washing machine still didn’t work. PureLiving’s "solution"? They offered to do one load of laundry. Manager ghosted us after promising a callback, and CEO was apparently too busy playing golf to speak with paying guests. Embarrassingly bad service. Avoid PureLiving like the plague.

Pure living were very easy to communicate with; we organized our stay with Nadine and Lorena and they were both very helpful. The house is beautiful and modern and very cozy, and location is great. A few comments on the property itself : the manager of the house was not very friendly when we arrived, the AC wasn’t working on the 1st day, some of the closets and drawers are locked by the owners so we did not have all closets, cleaning service was part of the agreement, however, cleaning was done poorly. Other than that, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend pure living for rentals.

Pure Living Properties were great to work with from reservations to check out, everything was easy! Nadine made our stay flawless and helped us choose the right house for our holiday. Pure Living has wonderful customer service skills that allowed our stay to be relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you for a great holiday!
